Anita kicked-off her New York arrival with the reading of Haleh Roshan's A Play Titled After the Collective Noun for Female-Identifying 20-Somethings Living in NYC in the 2010s.  (Yes- that is the title). At THML Theatre Company. 

Anita played an Iranian-American woman, trying to make meaning of her life as an artist in New York.

Anita played the lead, Zoe, in the staged reading of The Dead Woman (written by Chelsea Sutton) at The Los Angeles Theater Center.
It was a huge success with a fantastic turnout and great discussions afterwards.

Anita has been admitted to Columbia University's MFA Acting Program. 
She will be venturing to New York come September for three rigorous and playful years, "Mastering" the craft!
